New 2012 Surprise Spring Honey Crop

This past spring we were surprised with a special crop of Wildflower Honey in the month of June that stood out from our other Wildflower Honey. Because of its distinctly delicious, smooth, malty, and buttery flavor we decided to let it stand out as it's very own Varietal Honey. Try drizzling this on a robust cheese such as Manchego; you will love it!
