WebMay 16, 2014 · Restarting Outlook did not solve the issue. Closed all open programs. Mostly Windows Explorer and Notepad as well as ~15 other apps and restarted Outlook. This solved the issue. Something I was running was causing Outlook to choke. I have 8 GB of memory and I like to use it. At least it is working now.
