Additionally, while RS results can be validated, some urban programs perform double data-entry with RPMS and another information system. As a result, measure results can be impacted by the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of data entry into RPMS. WebIHS has been collecting GPRA data from urban programs since FY 2006. Like Tribal programs and unlike Federal-Direct programs, urban programs are not required to use the Resource Patient Management System (RPMS) as their patient data management system.
